Terms And Conditions
​These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Busy Bee Travel, including but not limited to travel bookings, tours, accommodations, and transportation. By booking or purchasing services through Busy Bee Travel, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Booking and Reservation Process
Booking: To book any services (e.g., flights, hotels, tours, transportation), you must provide necessary details and make a payment as specified by Busy Bee Travel. The booking is confirmed once payment has been processed, and a confirmation email or ticket is issued.
Booking Modifications: Any changes to bookings (such as dates, destinations, or participants) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees as per the supplier's terms.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations may incur fees based on the time of cancellation relative to the departure date. Full refund policies vary by service provider.
2. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
You (client) agrees to adhere to the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking. Payments are due as specified in the booking confirmation, and must be made in full or according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of the booking or reservation.

Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the trip. You are responsible for ensuring that this deposit is paid in full by the specified deadline to secure the booking.
Payment Deadlines: Full payment must be made prior to the departure or as per the specific terms outlined in your booking confirmation. If payment is not received by the due date, you are risking cancellation of your reservation. It is your responsibility to observe and meet all payment deadlines.

Currency: All payments should be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
If you (client) fails to make full payment by the specified due date, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the booking or reservation, and all deposits or payments made up until that point will be forfeited. You will also be responsible for any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, which may be deducted from any payments already made.

Payment Methods
Payments must be made by the methods specified in the booking confirmation or invoice, which may include credit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted methods. You (client) is responsible for ensuring that payments are made through the proper channels and within the timeframes provided.
3. Travel Insurance
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance, covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and lost or damaged luggage. Busy Bee Travel can assist with recommendations, but insurance is the responsibility of the traveler.
Liability: Busy Bee Travel is not liable for any claims arising from events such as cancellations, delays, accidents, or injuries during your trip. Insurance coverage should be obtained from a reputable provider.
4. Insurance Claims & Disclaimer of Guarantee
Insurance Coverage
Busy Bee Travel offers recommendations for travel insurance policies, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other travel-related issues. However, you acknowledge that the purchase of travel insurance is the client’s responsibility, and Busy Bee Travel does not act as an insurance provider. You (client) are strongly encouraged to carefully review the terms, conditions, and coverage limits of any insurance policy they choose to purchase.

No Guarantee of Insurance Claims
While Busy Bee Travel can assist clients in providing necessary documentation to support an insurance claim (e.g., booking receipts, travel details, etc.), Busy Bee Travel does not guarantee that any insurance claim will be accepted or compensated by the insurer. You understand that the decision to approve or deny an insurance claim is solely at the discretion of the insurance provider and subject to their terms and conditions.
Insurance Policy Terms
All insurance claims are subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined in the insurance policy provided by the insurer. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand the terms of their insurance policy, including but not limited to coverage limits, exclusions, claims procedures, and required documentation. Busy Bee Travel cannot be held liable for any claim rejections or reductions in coverage based on non-compliance with the insurer’s policy conditions.
Claim Filing Process
In the event of a claim, you (client) agree to follow the claims process as outlined by their insurance provider. This may include providing timely notice of the claim, submitting necessary forms or supporting documents, and cooperating fully with the insurer’s investigations. Failure to comply with the insurer’s claims process may result in the denial of the claim.
Insurance Providers
Busy Bee Travel may suggest or partner with specific insurance providers for the convenience of the client. However, you are free to purchase insurance from any provider of their choosing. Busy Bee Travel makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability or effectiveness of any insurance provider or policy.
5. Weather Conditions & Non-Liability
Client Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that adverse weather conditions (e.g., storms, hurricanes, heavy rain, etc.) are beyond the control of Busy Bee Travel and may impact travel plans, activities, or services. It is your responsibility to be aware of climate, weather and seasonality at time of travel.
Non-Liability for Weather Disruptions
Busy Bee Travel is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, including but not limited to flight delays, tour cancellations, or accommodation disruptions. No refunds or compensation will be provided for weather-related disruptions.
Travel Insurance
You (client) are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering weather-related disruptions, including trip cancellations and delays. Busy Bee Travel recommends reviewing the insurance policy to understand coverage and exclusions.
Itinerary Changes
Busy Bee Travel may make reasonable adjustments to itineraries due to weather, but cannot guarantee alternatives or assume responsibility for any additional costs.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for monitoring weather conditions at their destination and for making any necessary adjustments to their plans.
6. Travel Documents
Responsibility for Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certifications, for the destination. Busy Bee Travel is not responsible for any costs or delays incurred due to the failure of travelers to provide required documentation.
Passports and Visas: Travelers should verify passport validity and visa requirements for international travel. Busy Bee Travel is not responsible for advising or providing visa services.
Entry Requirements/Travel Restrictions
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all entry requirements of the destination country, including but not limited to passport validity, vaccinations, and health protocols. Busy Bee Travel does not guarantee entry approval by immigration authorities.
Changes in Entry Requirements
Entry requirements, including visa policies, vaccination mandates, and travel restrictions, may change without notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to stay informed of current regulations. Busy Bee Travel is not liable for any changes in entry requirements that may affect travel plans.
7. Travel Conditions and Restrictions
Changes to Itinerary: Busy Bee Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel any bookings if circumstances beyond our control arise, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. We will do our best to provide alternatives or refunds when necessary.
Special Requests: If you have specific requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking. Busy Bee Travel will endeavor to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee them.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Agency’s Liability: Busy Bee Travel acts only as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, nor for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by them.
Force Majeure: Busy Bee Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or acts of terrorism.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Health and Fitness: Certain tours or activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure they meet the health and fitness requirements for the selected activities.

Compliance with Laws: You (all travelers) must comply with all laws and regulations of the countries they are visiting. Busy Bee Travel is not responsible for any legal issues encountered during your trip.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information: By booking with Busy Bee Travel, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as necessary to fulfill your booking and provide travel services. We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Data Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, but cannot guarantee complete security due to the inherent risks of online transmission.
11. Dispute Resolution
Complaints: If you have a complaint about any aspect of your travel experience, please contact Busy Bee Travel as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Arbitration: In case of unresolved disputes, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the laws of New York.
12. Miscellaneous
Modifications to Terms: Busy Bee Travel reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
